Teaching objective
The course is designed to teach the fundamentals of software engineering and initial experience with teamwork.
Content
Principles and concepts of software engineering, basic techniques of software specification, structured and object-oriented approaches to the analysis, design and implementation of systems, concepts of modern programming languages, design patterns, prototyping, software ergonomic principles, software life cycle models, function point method for estimating a project scope.
The integrated Software Engineering course includes the Software Engineering project in addition to the lecture.
